Course Booking & Confirmation
Course bookings can be made via the website, email, phone or in person and are deemed to accept the term and conditions stated in this section.
Payment for all courses is due at the time of booking. Once you place your order with wolframlohr.com you will receive a receipt of your purchase via email.
When buying the course for a friend please provide the students details: Name, telephone and email contact.
An email will be sent a week before the course date with relevant information.
Should there be any reason the dates you requested are already full then we will be in touch to discuss alternative dates that suit you.
Course fees and dates are subject to change without notice.
Course cancellations & refund policy
Should students change their mind about their booking, you have 7 working days after booking to tell us of which and you will then receive a full refund.
Should students change their mind after the 8th day of booking then the course amount is non-refundable but have the option to change the course date or except a course voucher (valid for 1 year).
Should Wolfram Lohr become ill then you will be notified as soon as possible, and a new date will be arranged for your course at your convenience or a full refund will be offered.
If a course is cancelled Wolfram Lohr will not accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or other related expenses.
Wolfram Lohr product orders
The nature of working with vegetable tanned and natural leathers means that you can find slight differences in each piece that is made even if it is the same style and colour.
Your order will be dispatched within 14 working days of placing it in the shop section of the website, orders may be dispatched sooner but it depends on stock availability.
All shipping is done through UK Royal Mail 1st class or tracked & insured services. UK residences take approximately 1-2 working days. For everywhere else we use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed services, it takes up to 3-5 days to Western Europe, 5-7 to Eastern Europe and 7-10 days for the rest of the world.
Wolfram Lohr does not take responsibility for items damaged in transit but will when possible claim for any items lost and will re-fund the cost of the purchase when royal mail has re-funded the lost item.
As long as the item in need of repair has not been damaged by the wearer’s misuse we will always stand behind our product’s integrity and function for a one year period from date of purchase. After all, we want you to be happy with how your Wolfram Löhr purchase wears in and ages. That said, please remember leather will distress and change over time and therefore we cannot guarantee the item against normal every day wear and tear.
Items listed as Sale/Clearance do not apply and are covered by a 60 day warranty against item defects only.

Include your name, address, phone number, email address, and which item you would like to exchange. Please return item via traceable carrier, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Bespoke orders are available and can be ordered through emailing (firstname.lastname@example.org) or in person. Prices will vary and production can take about up to 2 months from final decision of shape and style.
There is a cooling off period of 7 days from initial order to confirmation of order and is deemed to accept the term and conditions stated in this section.
If you are unhappy with a bespoke order once it has been made and arrived to you, we cannot provide a refund, but an exchange or credit note might be possible depending on the item and will have to be discussed by both parties. Items will have to be returned at your cost and a separate shipping cost will be invoiced and will have to be paid prior to delivery of any new items.
We recommend using your Wolfram Löhr leather item, this is the best way to keep the leather well oiled. The oil from your hands is sufficient. However if your gets a bit dry you could try using a soft cloth and mild leather cleanser. Both mink oil and saddle soap will help condition and preserve the overall life of your leather item. Avoid excessive exposure to water and moisture.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order.
We encourage you to register for our email list. We will provide you with advanced notice of web-store sales, new merchandise, and other
Wolfram Löhr related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.
