If you are not happy with your choice of purchase once it has arrived, then we will be happy to exchange your item for another product or provide you with a credit note to the amount spent. Items will have to be returned at your cost and a separate shipping cost will be invoiced and will have to be paid prior to delivery of any new items. We do not offer refunds on sale items.
If you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, then please notify us immediately and we will send you a replacement once the damaged item has been returned. We will pay all costs of returning and re-sending your replacement item.
Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your return/exchange from the date we receive your package.
